A Memorable Season

What  a year for the Westmount Dolphins!
We won 2 out of 7 dual meets (one more than last summer!) to finish the regular season in 6th place out of our division's 8  teams. The coaches then had the difficult task of selecting the top two swimmers  for each event to swim at  Section A Finals at CAVIP.
It was a fantastic  day of races, cheering, and of course dancing! In the end, the Dolphins were able to climb one more spot to finish in 5th place in Section A, securing our
place in the league's top division for next summer!
Congratulations to all swimmers who came out to swim at Sections and to all swimmers who travelled every week to the various West Island (and off-island!) pools! We couldn't have done this without all of your effort and spirit! To achieve all this without our own pool
for the second year in a row is quite a feat!
We look forward to seeing those of you who qualified to Finals at Valois Pool next Saturday, August 17 and to celebrate our season at the Montreal West Pool next Saturday evening with the whole team!
