LAND TRAINING IN WESTMOUNT PARK:
 
Who:  ALL DOLPHINS
 
Location:  the field behind the main playground (east of the path from the
library)...where we tie-dyed our t-shirts last summer; where camping in the park
is held every two years.
 
Time: 6pm-7:30pm
 
What to wear:  comfortable excercise clothes and running shoes
 
Get ready for some fun and some fitness!
 
ENTRAÎNEMENT SEC DANS LE PARC WESTMOUNT:

Lieu: le champ derrière le terrain de jeu principal (à l'est du chemin de la bibliothèque) ... où nous avons fait le "tie-dye" été dernier, où le camping dans le parc se tient tous les  deux ans.

Temps:  18 h 00 -  19 h 30

Que porter: vêtements excercise confortables et chaussures de course
