Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting

 
The Westmount Dolphins Inc. Board of Directors gives notice that Dolphins’s 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the Westmount Recreation Centre (WRC) in the Multi-Purpose Room, 4675 Ste-Catherine St. West, Westmount. Please view the Agenda and the 2015 Minutes.
 
All club parent-members and members 18 years old and older in good standing (fees for the 2016 season paid in full) are invited to attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting, find out about the club’s planned activities for the summer and elect the club’s leaders, among other things.  

Election of Directors
The club will hold an election of 3 of its 9 directors. Certain additional officers may also be designated. All eligible candidates are welcome to come to the meeting and present themselves. Only members in good standing may vote for the directors (if an election is required), and each family is limited to one vote regardless of how many members it may have in the club.
