Diving
Diving is an excellent way to improve balance, flexibility and concentration. And of course kids will love to impress their friends with all the skills they learn!
The goal of the Dolphins diving program is to learn these skills in a safe and friendly environment. Diving is open to kids of all ages and levels but it is recommended that the athletes be at least 7 years old, be able to swim unaided across a 25 metre pool and be comfortable in deep water.
Lessons will teach beginners basic diving techniques, diving safety and increase participants strength and confidence. More experienced divers will further strengths and be challenged with more complicated and technical dives. We encourage our beginner divers to consider participating in the Novice Divers’ meet at the end of July. It will be a great way to showcase the skills they will have learned.

For those who would like to try both diving and water-polo, you may register to the "Combo" program and participate in each activity, 2 days per week.
